In this training, you’ll gain vocabulary, tactics and tools alongside real embodied practice, role play and vulnerable discussion to be a more impactful and inclusive leader for your creative teams. You will be invited to partake in optional meditation and movement exercises throughout the day to support integration of the course material. 

Our trainer Melissa Andrada (Mel - she/they) brings a highly sensitive and strategic approach to workshop facilitation, attuning to what people need to feel comfortable and generate meaningful learning and community interactions.
